I just arrived on a long-term visa. By when do I need to get my Alien Registration Card, and where?

Within 90 days of entry, if you will stay longer than 90 days. Book a visit at https://www.hikorea.go.kr (Reservation), then go to the immigration office for the area where you live. Bring your passport, a passport photo and proof of address (lease contract etc.); fingerprints are taken there. Status-specific documents and the fee: HiKorea or ☎1345.
